Biography
Hello everyone! I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Economics and Management, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, working in the Quality Management and Reliability Engineering Research Group led by Professor Ma Yizhong.
During my Ph.D. studies, I was fortunate to be guided by Professors Zhu Liping and Xu Ancha. In my second doctoral year, I visited the National University of Singapore under the supervision of Tang Loon Ching and Ye Zhisheng. During my master's studies, I served as a research assistant at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University for six months under the supervision of Wang Xiaolin.
Research Interests
I focus on reliability statistics, predictive maintenance for complex systems, Bayesian analysis, and optimization. Several works have been published in Journal of Quality Technology, IISE Transactions, European Journal of Operational Research, and Reliability Engineering & System Safety, among others.
I have received three outstanding paper awards at conferences including the 4th International Conference on System Reliability and Safety Engineering, the Sixth Forum of Ph.D. Students in Statistics, and the 2023 Reliability Branch of the Operations Research Society of China.
Writing
In my free time, I am passionate about data visualization and reproducible reporting. I manage a WeChat public account, 庄闪闪的R语言手册, where I share learning notes and statistical knowledge with a community of more than 40,000 readers.

个人简介
大家好！我目前是南京理工大学经济管理学院博士后，在质量管理与可靠性工程研究组开展研究工作，合作导师为马义中教授。
博士期间，我有幸受到朱利平教授和许安查教授指导。博士二年级时，我曾赴新加坡国立大学访问学习，合作导师为 Tang Loon Ching 教授和叶智盛教授。硕士期间，我曾在香港理工大学担任六个月研究助理，指导老师为王小林教授。
研究兴趣
我的研究方向主要包括可靠性统计、复杂系统预测性维护、贝叶斯分析与优化。相关工作发表于 Journal of Quality Technology、IISE Transactions、European Journal of Operational Research、Reliability Engineering & System Safety 等期刊。
我曾在第四届系统可靠性与安全工程国际会议、第六届全国统计学博士研究生学术论坛以及 2023 年中国运筹学会可靠性分会年会中获得优秀论文奖。
写作与分享
业余时间，我对数据可视化和可重复性报告很感兴趣，并运营微信公众号庄闪闪的R语言手册，分享学习笔记和统计知识，目前读者超过 40,000 人。
